Sautéed Cauliflower

Ingredients . 1 medium cauliflower . 5 tbs vegetable broth . 1 tbs grated lemon skin (fresh) . 1 tsp grated ginger . 2 - 3. Garlic chopped . 2 tbs. Fresh lemon juice . 2 tbs soy sauce . 1 tbs olive oil . Pepper powder and salt to taste .coriander (cilantro) leaves chopped for garnish Method of preparation Cut and clan cauliflower (one inch pieces) Heat broth and add cauliflower.sauté for 5 minutes Whisk together the rest of ingredients and toss with cauliflower. Let it soak for 5 minutes before serving.
